I seek to drive change in the medical setting by critically analyzing where the gaps are in our clinical practice patterns and daring to be innovative to establish new standards of care. I believe in educating the next generation of Speech Pathologists and providing them with a vast knowledge base and experiential tool kit from which they can offer the highest quality of care to their patients. They ARE the future of our profession.
I consult with Speech Pathologists, medical and ancillary staff to implement evidence-based practices and establish quality improvement initiatives that will raise the current bar set for the standard of care.
